Courses for Children

English Courses

We consider many factors in developing our children’s English syllabus and forming groups: age, level, convenient days and times for classes. Our courses are divided into the following age groups:

5 to 7 years old

The program primarily focuses on the development of listening and speaking skills through imitation and play. This makes learning English fun and entertaining, and instils a love of learning in children, creating the impression that the language is easy to learn. Listening is developed through stories, audio sketches and cartoons. In turn, songs, poems, rhymes and rhyme systems help children to learn the pronunciation and rhythm of the English language and remember important phrases in a ‘real’ language context. This means that children are confident in understanding and using the language before they learn to read and write. During lessons, children learn a large number of traditional English songs and poems, which enables them to perceive the specific rhythm inherent in the language, and play games in English.

Project work in each unit gives children the opportunity to use the English language to produce stories about their lives. The projects are very easy to carry out, and cover a wide range of topics that are of interest to children.

Kids who are trained in this program are able to enrich their vocabulary and learn the basics of English grammar.

By the end of the school year they are able to communicate in English at a basic level, asking questions and answering them, talking about themselves and their family, pets, favourite toys and favourite foods, and describing the weather and the seasons. Upon completion of the course children will know a lot of songs, poems, counting rhymes and games in English.

English courses for children of this age include tasks and exercises that develop all language skills equally: mastery of vocabulary and grammar, reading, writing, listening, speaking in English, and pronunciation.

All levels share a common storyline, which from the first class helps teachers engage children in the creative process of learning.

This course involves the use of a communicative language teaching methodology and contains language and role play, songs, rhymes and exercises aimed at work in pairs and small groups, as well as tasks that develop the child’s creative abilities and active communication skills in the language.

от 10 до 14 лет

For high school students an important determinant of the effectiveness of learning is motivation and interest, so it is very important that this training program was created in accordance with the interests of the age group, touching themes that interest them.

In the classroom teachers widely use additional material in the form of grammar, games, topics and songs, as offered in wide assortment by the publisher of educational materials, "Macmillan".
